Shay was amazing! It was nice having a trip where the planner of the family (me).. didn't have to plan. He even have us tips/tricks for getting through CBX with ease.

My husband and I were lucky enough to be referred to Shay Banerjee from WanderKeep this year to help us plan part of our August trip to Italy.

I gave Shay very general information about our a trip and the part we needed help with.  We had never been to Italy before and it turned out we needed a lot of help.

He went right to work setting up fabulous tours in both Rome and Florence for us, with fabulous tour guides.  He set up all the transportation we would need from getting to Rome and our hotel from the port on the water (an hour and a half from Rome), getting us to Florence and back, and getting us to the airport.  He found the hotels and arranged for the rooms.  He found all the various drivers we needed.  He secured the train ticket to Florence and back.  He always checked with me if arrangements would work before he booked them.  He helped me sort out the endless questions I had about everything.

Shay is excellent at his job, extremely patient, thorough, helpful, and most prompt.  He was working in a state with a 3 hour time difference from my state, yet I  always got very quick informative answers from him.

He sent me over 80 pages of confirmations on everything he had booked, including names and phone numbers (in case I needed them while there) for all of the people involved.   He told me to reach out to him anytime while I was there if I needed anything at all.

My husband and I would highly recommend Shay for your travel needs and we are very grateful to have found him.

Working with Shay was a great experience. You would think meeting someone via social media would not be a reliable and positive experience but for me it was! We chatted about the dream vacation and found out that we live just down the street from each other. BONUS! He is real! He asked me questions about destination and what I was looking for. Had me think about dream wishes and reality. He came up with some great ideas and got to work on putting together a quote. After receiving the quote he let me know that payment wouldn't be due all at once but paid in 3 increments. Itinerary was well put together, transfers were thought of and booked. 5 of us took a dream vacation to Tahiti and made beautiful family memories. To top it off what was quoted initially was less than what I paid in the end! I highly recommend Shay for all your travel needs! 10 out of 10!
